Revolutionize - one building at a time
with

   Superstruct

Superstruct literally means: “The part of a building above its foundation”

We build light steel modular construction - above the foundation Our experience with modular construction involves manufacturing of modules, planning, designing, construction and even turnkey solutions for residentials, hotels, schools and healthcare.

In alliance with Forta Medical we use the most advanced off-site modular construction solutions, and Superstruct takes advantage of the sophisticated technology and high demands for healthcare facilities, and bring it into the overall building industry.

  Revolutionize

Aiming to revolutionize construction worldwide, together with Forta Medical we take modular building technology to the next level constantly investing in the latest technology. The company is known for providing solutions that can satisfy even the most challenging developer demands in terms of construction times, costs, and finish quality.

We will revolutionize the conservative construction business, We will deliver construction time others need just for planning, With modular buildings that are complete before they are erected. With relocatable buildings, where concrete would tie you down, Take responsibility of tomorrow, concrete buildings are a thing in the past, a past made of concrete.

  Enviromental
Energy and Atmosphere

Increasing energy costs and growing concern about energy availability and security are sure to keep the interest in energy conservation and renewable or alternative energy sources in the forefront of the high performance green buildings. Modular construction has a number of advantages — it uses structural insulated panels (SIPS) that can produce relatively high R-values, steel and aluminum stud frame construction can produce energy-efficient units and high-performance windows contribute to the pursuit of high-performance building envelopes. No electricity consumed for drying concrete on-site. Off-site modular construction can reduce building industry energy consumption by 40-50% and thus improve overall national energy consumption.

Materials and Resources

Modular construction by nature is material and resource efficient. One of the great economies of modular construction is the ability to assemble repetitive units in controlled conditions. Another is to minimize material waste associated with conventional construction due to weather intrusion and construction site theft. Whole modular units — largely finished prior to arriving at the construction site — can significantly limit construction waste generated at the site and contribute directly to construction site waste management.

Indoor Environmental Quality

Superior indoor environmental quality including acoustics is one of the most desirable and important attributes of high performance. At this time, the modular industry can provide environmentally conscious buildings and eco-friendly building materials because it has control over both.

Innovation and Design Process

Modular construction capitalizes on the ability to move product in controlled manufacturing conditions, tight inventory control and project schedules. It is inherently waste conscious and can have minimum site impact if delivered carefully and strategically with respect to site constraints.

Sustainable Sites

Proper siting or placement of modular units can contribute to improved day lighting, natural ventilation, better storm water management, more efficient site lighting and a host of other sustainable design and development improvements that contribute to a more energy, material and resource efficient project. Modular construction techniques limit site disturbance and keep disturbed areas to within the areas immediately adjacent to the building footprint.

Water Efficiency

Water conservation are gaining in priority and application as the awareness of the importance of water and, in some cases, growing shortages emerge. Water conservation is one of the hallmarks of high performance green buildings and one area where modular construction can enjoy benefits over conventional construction. The difference in the immense water consumption in concrete construction compared to water consumption in modular construction is by large to the benefit of modular construction.

The modular building industry offers the best strategies for construction waste management, material efficiencies, superior air quality, acoustics and water consumption.

Quotes

  • Using modular construction doesn’t mean that the company compromises on design.
We think the construction is better executed in the factory, so it’s higher quality,” he says. With 100,000 rooms, some of those rooms look the same between hotels, so we can get that faster to market through a factory system.
Guests have indicated that they hear very little outside noise in their rooms. Because the modules have to be built sturdier to be transported, they end up having better sound insulation.
People actually remark that they are nice hotels, and they may not even know why

  • The reason Marriott and others are embracing the modular construction process is that it can dramatically shorten the overall construction schedule, which leads to quicker occupancy and quicker return on investment

  • The Construction Industry is the epitome of rigid, conventional and habitual thinking, we are accustomed to doing business as we have always done
    Tony Chistrup
Architect and chairman of the Danish Building Society

  • It is our industry position that regardless of the type of construction selected, non traditional construction methods, specifically modular construction, offer compelling advantages in terms of quality, durability, cost and environmental impact. Any architect, agency or end user should have no reservations about the durability, longevity of lifecycle cost and environmental impact of the modular construction process, if properly designed, constructed and maintained
